Flower Substitution Policy

Flowers are seasonal and availability may vary. If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with a premium bloom of similar value while maintaining the overall color palette, style, fullness and value of the arrangement.

Fresh Flower Care

To keep your flowers fresh:

• Keep them in a cool location.
• Avoid direct sunlight and heat.
• Change the water regularly.
• Trim stems at an angle when needed.
• Remove flowers as they wilt.

With proper care, fresh flowers typically last approximately 5–7 days, depending on the flower variety and environment.

• Same-day delivery available in Los Angeles.
• For same-day orders, availability depends on order time and delivery area.
• Delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
